BIO: Mr. Al Monaco has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Enbridge Inc. since October 1, 2012 and February 2012 respectively. Mr. Monaco served as an Executive Vice President of Green Energy at Enbridge Pipelines Inc. since October 2010. He served as the President of Gas Pipelines, Green Energy & International at Enbridge Inc. from October 2010 to February 27, 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Major Projects & Green Energy at Enbridge Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Major Projects at Enbridge Inc., Enbridge Management, Enbridge Pipelines Inc. and Enbridge Energy Company Inc., since March 2008. He served as a Senior Vice President of Planning & Development at Enbridge Pipelines Inc. Mr. Monaco led the newly created Major Projects Business Unit, responsible for project execution. BIO: Mr. Michael N. Mears, also known as Mike, serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of Magellan GP, LLC, General Partner of Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. since February 1, 2011. Mr. Mears has been the Vice President of Williams Petroleum Services, LLC since March 2002. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Magellan GP, LLC May 1, 2008 until 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Transportation and Terminals of Magellan GP LLC - General Partner of Magellan Midstream Partners LP and served as its Vice President, Transportation of Magellan GP, LLC (formerly, WEG GP LLC), since November 15, 2002 and served in that capacity for Williams Energy Partners L.P.'s former general partner from April 22, 2002 to November 15, 2002. He served as Vice President of Magellan Midstream Holdings GP, LLC which is the general partner of Magellan Midstream Holdings, LP, from June 17, 2003 to November 1, 2005. He served as Vice President of Transportation and Terminals for Williams Pipe Line Company from 1998 to 2002. He also served as Vice President, Petroleum Development for Williams Energy Services from 1996 to 1998. Prior to 1996, he served as Director of Operations Control and Business Development for Williams Pipe Line Company from 1993 to 1996. From 1985 to 1993 he worked in various engineering, project analysis and operations control positions for Williams Pipe Line Company.
