BIO: Harley Lippman has been CEO and owner since he started Genesis10 in 1999. He has evolved Genesis10 from a pure staffing company to a talent management firm based on client feedback. Prior to starting Genesis10, Lippman was founder and sole owner of Triad Data Inc., an information-technology consulting firm. He sold Triad Data in 1998 just before starting Genesis10. Lippman serves on the boards of many business, educational and cultural organizations. He is an Executive Committee member on the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. He serves by Presidential appointment and Senate confirmation as a member of the U.S. Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad. Lippman is a board member of the Yale School of Management Board of Advisors and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at Columbia University’s Graduate School of International and Public Affairs. Formerly, he served as public director of The New York Mercantile Exchange from 1999-2006, and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the American Jewish Congress and President of the America Israel Friendship League. Lippman is an Executive Committee member on the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and serves by presidential appointment and Senate confirmation as a member of the Commission of the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad. Ernst & Young recognized Lippman as Entrepreneur of the Year in the consulting category in 2002. Lippman is a dedicated philanthropist and has been the sole financier of an orphanage in Cambodia for 17 years. He is also recognized for his efforts to uncover new information and evidence of mass graves in Poland. Most recently, he has been funding scholarships and financial-aid programs for American military veterans – particularly soldiers who were wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan. Lippman has twice received a Best CEO award from Comparably, the workplace culture and compensation site. The award, based on employee approval ratings, is presented annually to recognize leaders who drive positive change across companies in the U.S. Staffing Industry Analysts named Lippman to its North American 100 Staffing Leaders list in 2019. Also that year, U.S. Senators and House members, government officials, diplomats and national Jewish leaders gathered in Washington, D.C. to honor Lippman for his charitable and humanitarian contributions, as part of Jewish American Heritage Month.
