From May 1999 to August 2001, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tucows Delaware. From April 1997 to May 1999, he served as Vice President of corporate services of Tucows Interactive Ltd. In August 2001, he helped orchestrate Tucows' merger with Infonautics, Inc., under the Tucows name. He has rapidly expanded Tucows wholesale services to offer digital certificates, DNS and email services to a growing international Reseller channel. He serves as Chairman of the University of Toronto's Department of Computer Science Advisory Board. He has been a Director of Tucows Inc. since August 2001. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Minds + Machines Group Limited from March 4, 2014 to February 2, 2016. Mr. Noss graduated at University of Toronto where he earned a BA. He earned an MBA and LLB from the University of Western Ontario.
