Steve comes to iCIMS with 20 years of experience in senior executive roles at SAP, Salesforce.com, and BusinessObjects. In 2016 Lucas stepped in as CEO of Marketo, where he tripled the value of the company, resulting in the sale of Marketo to Adobe in 2018, the largest acquisition in Adobe's history. Lucas holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Colorado, is a published author and serves on multiple philanthropic and education boards including the American Diabetes Association, Children's Diabetes Foundation and the University of Utah Eccles School of Business advisory board.
