BIO: Mr. Paul J. Sarvadi Co-Founded Insperity, Inc. (also known as Administaff Inc.) in 1986 and has been its Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer 1989. Mr. Sarvadi has been Management Director of Insperity, Inc. since 1986. He served as the President of Administaff from 1989 to August 2003. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Administaff Inc. from 1986 to April 1987 and then Vice President from April 1987 to 1989. He has been President of National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). He was President of the Texas Chapter of the NAPEO for three of the first four years of its existence. He serves on the Board of Directors of the DePelchin Children's Center in Houston. He was a Member of Board of Directors of NAPEO for five years. In 2007, he was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame. In 1995, Mr. Sarvadi was selected as Houston's Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for service industries and in 2001, he was selected as the 2001 National Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for service industries. In 2004, he received the Conn Family Distinguished New Venture Leader Award from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Mr. Sarvadi attended Rice University and the University of Houston.

With more than 25 years of experience in sales, operational, and technology leadership roles, he is known for driving product innovation and business growth. Burton has transformed the company into a leading cloud-based HR provider and Professional Employer Organization. TriNet’s net revenue has more than quadrupled during his tenure. To expand TriNet’s market reach and strengthen the company’s ability to serve more clients than ever before, Burton led the company to acquire Gevity, AccordHR, SOI, ExpenseCloud and Ambrose.
