BIO: Jack has extensive experience as a senior leader in the business service arena where we compete. Jack has led six different public and private firms. You’ll be able to see the extent of his background on LinkedIn. Jack is familiar with the dynamics of the “outsourcing and offshoring world.” He led a company, named Convergys (now renamed Concentrix) that was an early adopter in offshoring to India, the Philippines, and Latin America. During his time there, they grew the company from $30M in revenue to over $2B and took it public. They also created over 100,000 net new jobs during his tenure; most were offshore additions. Jack has a great working knowledge of our geographies and how business operates between near/offshore and the United States. He is very focused on people and clients and is excited to be part of the team.

BIO: Daniel Julien founded Teleperformance in 1978 at the age of 25, having graduated from the University of Paris where he majored in Economics. Starting with just ten telephone lines in an office in Paris, in 1985 he succeeded in growing Teleperformance to the number one position on the French market and then, in 1995, the number one on the European market, and, finally, number one worldwide. Daniel Julien currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance.
