Prior to his leadership roles in the contact center space, Hanover held senior-level positions the sports and entertainment industry. Hanover has extensive customer service expertise in the retail, financial services, healthcare industries, and holds an MBA and B.S. Degree in Marketing from Canisius College.

BIO: Years before the gig economy became of age, Kim Houlne turned the idea of an on-demand workforce into an industry. In recent years, industry analyst Ovum affirmed the company’s position as a top-tier leader in on-demand contract center outsourcing. Kim accrued significant marketing and management experience before starting Working Solutions. She held senior management positions in consulting—and in financial and insurance industries at Mercer, Travelex, Mutual of Omaha and Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska.
