Saugata holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with Honors, from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India; a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, India; and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a George F. Baker Scholar.
