BIO: Joe Burton has held various executive positions at both Polycom and Plantronics since 2010. In 2016 he became President and CEO of Plantronics, and continued in those roles when the two companies merged to form Poly in March 2019. He also serves on Poly’s Board of Directors. Prior to Plantronics, Burton worked at Cisco and Active Voice covering a variety of engineering, product-development and SaaS leadership roles. Burton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Excelsior College, and attended the Stanford Executive Program. He is an executive board member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group; a member of the Board of Directors for Dominican Hospital Foundation in Santa Cruz, California; a board member of the Monterey Bay Economic Partnership; and a member of the UC Santa Cruz Baskin School of Engineering Dean's Council.

BIO: Mr. Brent D. Lang has been the Chief Executive Officer of Vocera Communications, Inc. since June 1, 2013 and has been its President since October 2007, served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer since July 2014 until August 11, 2014. Mr. Lang served as the Chief Operating Officer of Vocera Communications, Inc. from October 2007 to June 1, 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President and Vice President of Marketing at Vocera Communications, Inc. Mr. Zerella joined Vocera from 3Com Corporation, where he served as Senior Director of Marketing for 3Com's Digital Home Products. Mr. Lang managed marketing, business development and product management for the broadband cable and DSL modems and the home networking products. During his six years at 3Com, he was involved with a variety of marketing roles, including Co-Founding the home networking division and managing the rapid growth of the fast Ethernet network interface card business. Prior to 3Com, he served as a Strategy Consultant for Monitor Company, advising Fortune 500 companies. He has been a Director of Vocera Communications, Inc. since June 1, 2013. Mr. Lang holds a B.S. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
