BIO: Mr. John P. Case has been the Chief Executive Officer at Realty Income Corporation since September 3, 2013 and served as its President since September 2014 until December 1, 2015. Previously, Mr. Case served as the Chief Investment Officer of Realty Income Corporation from 2010 to September 3, 2013 and Co-President from March 1, 2013 to September 3, 2013. He oversaw all of the Realty Income Corporation's investment activities, capital markets, finance and accounting, corporate communications and investor relations functions at the firm. Mr. Case served as Managing Director and Senior Client Manager at Bank of America Corporation. He served as a Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets Corporation since 2009. Mr. Case was a Co-Head of Americas real estate investment banking at UBS AG from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, he worked with Merrill Lynch & Co.'s (now BofA Merrill Lynch) real estate banking group for 15 years, where Mr. Case was a Managing Director from 2000 to 2004. He has been a Director at Realty Income Corporation since September 3, 2013. He has been extensively involved in the broader real estate industry. Mr. Case is an Associate on the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) Board of Governors. He served as a Director of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) from 2001 to 2009. Mr. Case is a member of The Real Estate Roundtable, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He graduated from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, with a Masters in Business Administration in 1992 and Washington and Lee University in 1986, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

BIO: Mr. Thomas J. DeRosa, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Welltower Inc. since April 13, 2014. Prior to that, Mr. DeRosa served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice Chairman and Director of GGP-TRC L.L.C. from September 2002 to November 2004. He has an extensive financial background in both domestic and international businesses. He has experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, finance, operations and real estate. Mr. DeRosa served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Alex Brown & Sons Inc. from 1996 to 1999. He served as Global Co-Head of Health Care Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank AG from 1992 to September 2002. Mr. Derosa worked in the investment banking industry for more than 20 years before joining Rouse Company. He served at Smith Barney. He has been an Independent Director of Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. since October 2013. He has been a Director of Welltower Inc. since January 7, 2004. Mr. DeRosa has been a Director of Matter since April 2015 and Value Retail PLC since July 6, 2005. He serves as a Director of Tri-US Inc. He served as an Independent Director of Dover Corp. from August 2007 to May 6, 2010. Mr. DeRosa served as a Director of CBL & Associates Properties Inc. from May 3, 2010 to January 7, 2015. Mr. DeRosa served as a Member of Health Advisory Board of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He served as a Trustee and Member of the Board of Directors of Georgetown University. Mr. DeRosa is one of 10 national health care and business leaders.
