Most recently, Rajesh led Nexting Advisors, an entrepreneurial venture focused on developing deep technology CX solutions for global organizations. Previously, as MD & CEO of Firstsource Solutions, he played a pivotal role in charting a new course for the organization – transforming it from a traditional BPO to a world-class BPM organization – while driving global strategic and corporate initiatives. Prior to that, he headed Walden International, the first Silicon Valley-based venture firm to establish a presence in India, and led investments in outsourcing firms Quattro BPO, CoOptions, and BankBazaar.com. He also served on the board of Mindtree Ltd. Part of the Firstsource co-founding team, Rajesh believes in investing in people development and building a culture of high performance to achieve employee and customer excellence.

BIO: Jorge Amar is a globally recognized expert in AI-native customer operations at scale, appointed Group CEO of TP by the Board of Directors, effective March 16, 2026. Previously, he served as Senior Partner and Global Lead of McKinsey's Digital Customer Care Practice, where for over a decade his mandate was to design and execute AI-native customer operations for the world's largest companies. Amar holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
