BIO: Rajesh Subramaniam took over as MD & CEO of ResultsCX in January 2022, leading a team of 21,000 people across 24 global locations. As the highest-ranking executive, he sets the strategic direction of the company and focuses on driving sustainable growth for the business and its stakeholders. Most recently, Rajesh led Nexting Advisors, an entrepreneurial venture focused on developing deep technology CX solutions for global organizations. Previously, as MD & CEO of Firstsource Solutions, he played a pivotal role in charting a new course for the organization – transforming it from a traditional BPO to a world-class BPM organization – while driving global strategic and corporate initiatives. Prior to that, he headed Walden International, the first Silicon Valley-based venture firm to establish a presence in India, and led investments in outsourcing firms Quattro BPO, CoOptions, and BankBazaar.com. He also served on the board of Mindtree Ltd. Part of the Firstsource co-founding team, Rajesh believes in investing in people development and building a culture of high performance to achieve employee and customer excellence.

BIO: Daniel Julien founded Teleperformance in 1978 at the age of 25, having graduated from the University of Paris where he majored in Economics. Starting with just ten telephone lines in an office in Paris, in 1985 he succeeded in growing Teleperformance to the number one position on the French market and then, in 1995, the number one on the European market, and, finally, number one worldwide. Daniel Julien currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance.
