Being able to provide quality and safe patient care experience. Not working in a toxic work environment with out if touch management

Competive pay, better shift options, flexibilty. Considering staff's ideas and trying them. Maybe a christmas party or summer bbq. Staff league sports, volleyball, softball. There is NO cohesiveness

Anonomous polls need to be taken about leaderahip. Poor communication to employess, BLATANT abuse of power ie scheduling, not giving you breaks, and retaliation is disgustingly obvious. Write a letter or call HR.... it goes right back to the employee and their will be reprucussions
