My team is on the same page. When we have opportunities, we do what we need to do to correct those opportunities to avoid letting them happen again. We're focused on making our location the best and we always have fun!

The people I've encountered in our leadership team have been extremely personable. Although I do think they've forgotten what it's like to actually work a Saturday night in the restaurant, they're still awesome people. Paula will always be my favorite, but Pat R is a close second! :-)
