I am able to work with my best friend
Having my regulars come in and explain all of our amazing wines and food to them
When I entered the door.
When my customers are happy.
True connection with our guests

my fellow coworkers are the only reason i stayed
Just the whole process from entering the door to exiting the door how everybody plays such a special part within the tasting of the wine the food the seating everybody helps to give 110% to make our guests feel welcome
My coworkers we motivate eachother to do better.
The feeling of pride and accomplishment I get, personally, from meeting a guest's needs.
No two days are the same. I've been able to develop great relationships with our regular guests. Our team takes really good care of each other as well.
My team members and certain managers
Interacting with guests is truly the best portion of my job

Making money and getting compensated fairly by guests.
The people. Both fellow workers and the guests. I show up to work 30-45 minutes early most days just to get a chance to connect with everyone before starting my shift. And once the guests start to arrive, it’s like meeting new friends and giving them an epic experience one person or couple at a ti
Being able to react with people and see my regulars, my coworkers.

I enjoy believung in and bragging about Cooper's Hawk. Just aboyt every table i setve hears how i lived Cooper's as a wine club member and how i live it even more working there.
When I have a good crew of people scheduled. When that happens the shifts always are smooth.
The services provided are great. We develop different wines, and excellent food. Customers receive the friendliest service, and customers can even become Wine Club members.
Cameras need to be placed in all areas to help stop inappropriate relations
Keep retail, retail. Your bartenders don't want to become weaselly used car salesmen for your wine clubs and greed. Or, at least pay us more than 2 dollars an hour to do so.
There's really nothing you can do at this point.
E v e r y thing
Favoritism, pets, gkass slippers for the favored and unfairness

Honestly our management/leadership team at Orange Village is never on the same page. Everyone is completely unorganized. They definitely do not put their team members first nor their health. They make you feel guilty for being sick even with Covid.
Review from Customer Success Dept
The managers are lazy and most employees questioned what their exact purpose was. Their level of "playing favorites" what the worst I've ever seen when working for a company.
Review from Sales Dept
