The communication is very good
He's great the best ever
The absolutely genuinely care. And they're willing to get their hands dirty with you that's very important to me.
They always keep us informed on the progress of the company
The people I've encountered in our leadership team have been extremely personable. Although I do think they've forgotten what it's like to actually work a Saturday night in the restaurant, they're still awesome people. Paula will always be my favorite, but Pat R is a close second! :-)
nice and personable but yet very poor communication
They care about the workers not just the company
Every single person in a leadership role at Esquire by Cooper’s Hawk is EXTRAORDINARY. It is by far the most talented, caring, hard working and appreciative leadership team I’ve ever had the pleasure working with. Their devotion and love toward me is building me into the best version of myself.
The leadership is the best I've seen, but there is always have room for improvement.

Communication and not accusations and assumptions
Being supportive and more manageable

Communication and helping other employees not screwing people over and over again and think it's okay
Not pick favorites. It’s very clear, that select people get a lot of special treatment, from having constantly good sections, being rude with other coworkers and having no repercussions, and also giving them free meals, when others would pay 50% of
Be there for their employees and take the time to listen to employee's issues and/or concerns.
Actually managing. Needs to be more personable and articulate
Communicate. Communicate. And Communicate. Taking employee talks seriously when they bring up issues. Being honest about the numbers (pertaining to whatever) of the store.
Being empathetic to its team members
They treat you like less than human
The management will do anything to avoid taking the blame for anything; including writing up a team member for "inappropriate time management" because he was in the office doing paperwork and the store got busy.
Treat your employees with dignity and respect

Management. Ch basics!!no pick and choose.
Communication. Positivity. Teamwork. Valuing team members.
Managing. They are terrible! Will never even go back as a guest because Ii know how they treat their employees. Another example of a company lining their pockets and not giving a shit about anyone else.
Being a leadership team. Period
