Most work together as a team every customer is everyone else's customer if you walk by them and they need something don't say I'll go get your server just do it and we all do that or try to anyway most of us. Any manager is always willing to help when needed! They will drop everything too help

They say one thing and then revert back totally to a different strategy when you're in the real environment

to stop sleeping with each other is a start as well as pouring 3 to 4 glasses of wine while clocked in. The Tasting Room Attendants are basically Hammered during shift and the managers seem to not care

About 50% of the workers can’t improve, they are just terrible human beings at their core. These people wouldn’t get hired at other jobs with the attitude and work ethic they have here. There is no way to work better together, when the managers do nothing to discipline the bad peo
