The most positive attribute is the fellow hourly employees who support you where managment fails to put their words into action.
Most of the people are good to be around with the exception of some managers and some other colleagues.

The only positivity you can get inside coopers, is from yourself. A lot of the staff are very negative in the way they speak, and act. I feel as though people run out of positive energy once they walk away from their tables. All the negative gets taken out on everyone else.

Positive reinforcement, overall feeling of being valued, letting employees know there is an open door policy and they can discuss anything they have an issue with, responding to HotSchedules messages, making others feel celebrated, not tolerated. Build people up, thank them for working hard!

Prevent discrimination and harassment from happening to their employees. Listen and not ignore complaints that are brought forward.
