What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The crew members not management
There are no positives. Management does not care about emoloyees.
Very mixed culture and the environment could be better

The most positive attribute is the fellow hourly employees who support you where managment fails to put their words into action.
Getting paid thru daily pay
Most of the people are good to be around with the exception of some managers and some other colleagues.

The team otswlf is very supportive. The free roam as well is very helpful. Having an open walkway and different things to do while people wait is nice

I feel like it's a new family
The only positivity you can get inside coopers, is from yourself. A lot of the staff are very negative in the way they speak, and act. I feel as though people run out of positive energy once they walk away from their tables. All the negative gets taken out on everyone else.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Care about people more often
Positive reinforcement, overall feeling of being valued, letting employees know there is an open door policy and they can discuss anything they have an issue with, responding to HotSchedules messages, making others feel celebrated, not tolerated. Build people up, thank them for working hard!

Supervisors who are properly trained.

The entire company is shooting itself in the foot at this point. It's basically the McDonald's of Wine now.
Prevent discrimination and harassment from happening to their employees. Listen and not ignore complaints that are brought forward.
