It's very easy. The management team just wants to get to know you, and job history, and then the evaluation of the application starts. They are very friendly with applicants and are accommodating. The process is very quick, as well.
They asked the usual questions.

The managers forget when they have interviews scheduled and make people sit for a long time just to get another manager to come out and interview. When I got interviewed for the Service Assistant position, it took 3 interviews over an hour and thirty minutes just to get told I would get a call back.
Need to be honest about the amount of work that needs to be put in. High turnover because people realize the amount of time that is expected of them/the amount of work that needs to get done while having little time to do it.
Let people know the truth
More personable and approachable as the hiring manager read from a script the entire time.
