What did you like most about the interview process?

No problem with this part

Just fast and easy. Good

It was comfortable. A good experience.

Meeting new prople and the demeanure & energy my interviewer had. ( they no linger work for the company) If they were a doctor i would of given 5 stars for their bedside manner.

interviewing process gives a pretty good picture of what the business is about... however, the tactics for promoting wine sales were unbenounst to me until I was put on the no sale list

That they needed people do badly i was hired on the spot. They didn't even look at my work history beyond the first line.

It's very easy. The management team just wants to get to know you, and job history, and then the evaluation of the application starts. They are very friendly with applicants and are accommodating. The process is very quick, as well.

They asked the usual questions.

The managers forget when they have interviews scheduled and make people sit for a long time just to get another manager to come out and interview. When I got interviewed for the Service Assistant position, it took 3 interviews over an hour and thirty minutes just to get told I would get a call back.

Need to be honest about the amount of work that needs to be put in. High turnover because people realize the amount of time that is expected of them/the amount of work that needs to get done while having little time to do it.

Let people know the truth

More personable and approachable as the hiring manager read from a script the entire time.
