my value is determined based SOLELY on wine club performance. No other attribute of my character, service, or work ethic have been considered

Because I seen lazy people get pay more than actually the people like work harder ,some time people that work less get more benefits and help from the managers

Prevent discrimination and harassment from happening to their employees. Listen and not ignore complaints that are brought forward.

What did you like most about the interview process?
interviewing process gives a pretty good picture of what the business is about... however, the tactics for promoting wine sales were unbenounst to me until I was put on the no sale list

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Honestly our management/leadership team at Orange Village is never on the same page. Everyone is completely unorganized. They definitely do not put their team members first nor their health. They make you feel guilty for being sick even with Covid.
