I feel that because we are based out of Tennesse it's ok to pay us less. For Avant to be a financial tech company it's concerning that the local grocery store will pay more money than Avant.

At first, the most positive thing was the fact that we were a call center that did not operate as a typical call center. However, in recent months that has changed, it's not all bad but it makes us stand out less from our competition.
