What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency of the leadership at avant is second to none. Every care is taken is letting the team know exactly where the company stands and what the leadership is thinking.

Everyone is super open and willing to help anyone. There are no offices so everyone from entry level to exec level are equally approachable

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Options are on an accelerated vesting schedule. Avant, want employees to stay because they see the value in the company not because they are waiting on shares to vest.

Unlimited PTO and WFH days are available

Unlimited PTO has to be my favorite benefit. It allows me to take time off when I need to without worrying about counting every single moment I'm away from the office

What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the diversity and data driven nature of the entire organization. Nearly, everyone codes and writes SQL data is in the dna every ones opinion is valued, and they seek a wide cross section of individuals for input.

Pretty diverse with a good number of women considering the industry. Everyone is incredibly intelligent and usually bring different skill sets to the table. Open communication, collaboration, and comfort to ask questions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone really works towards common goals, politics really are not an issue, disagreements about actions really are typically rooted in business or technical nuance.

The interviews weren't ever about "tricking" anyone; genuinely want to gauge skills and understand the cultural fit
