Barry-Wehmiller – The people and atmosphere is pleasant . I've been here 7 or 8 years and have yet to see one black team leader. We are a " diverse " company but in what way. I've searched leadership boards across BW companies, in the US and outside the US. Maybe I'm blind or missed in my searches but nevertheless.
