
There is a family-like atmosphere across the organization.
When people on the team succeed at an individual level, that is really cool to see, and when they all succeed, that leads upwards to team, segment, and whole company success.
When comparing to similar positions, the total comp is far less, and the plan is in no way, shape, or form tied to segment performance. Not having any part of my pay tied to how the segment/team performs, really is demotivating.
The team is always willing to help one another regardless of the issue/task. There is a real team mentality which is great to see. It is open and everyone gets along well, but also aren't afraid to bring up issues or things they think we can be doing better.
