They actually care about us. The CCO is regularly passing through checking on things.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid well, get a good pto plan.

Having an on site cantina is awesome. We have a good pto plan.

The on site cantina! Seems silly, but I don't have to worry about packing lunch. BAF subsidizes meals for us so I can make a lunch and pack an extra serving for dinner if I want.

Our comp package is competitive with other local companies but other companies don't offer the external events like BAF does. I love using the on site cantina so I don't have to worry about packing a lunch every day.

I like that we are able to earn more vacation days by working shut down days. It makes it easy to plan and have a better work life balance if we know something is coming up that we may need more time off for.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel with the economy growing we need to come up with more ways for people to get paid better on the work they do. Incentive programs for each department or having certain goals for each individual would be a great for people to know if they come in and work hard everyday they will be compensated.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team likes to have fun! Sure, we deal with upset customers but we like to have fun while on the job and hang out outside of work.

Everyone seems to be happy. Yes there are times when things are high energy during the summer or hitting deadlines, but overall everyone likes to work together and makes a positive working environment.
