the managers trust their employees to produce quality work and make good decisions
What makes you most happy at work?
enjoying the banter between my team and having customers send in positive reviews about the service they received
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy that on any given day I can have a conversation with someone on the leadership team either in the hall or the cantina and they seem genuinely interested in me as a person not just as an employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we are able to earn more vacation days by working shut down days. It makes it easy to plan and have a better work life balance if we know something is coming up that we may need more time off for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a great time every day. Its rare that we don't end up laughing about something in the middle of the day and just being able to break up the work day. I like that everyone seems to want to know each other as friends not just coworkers.
