They actually seem to care about the people over the company. Quarterly townhalls are done to provide transparent communication to us. I've never worked anywhere with an approachable, transparent leadership team before.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
MUCH better benefits package than previous places I have worked.

The beer fridge! When we have a good sales day we open up the beer fridge. So cool!

Honestly, the parental leave program! Sure, the vision, dental, 401k, etc. is competitive, but the fact that they have such a great parental leave program is amazing for future family planning!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seems on the low side for comparable jobs out there even if it might be decent money for Lexington. Personally I don't think the compensation should be good for Lex...but comparable to national norms since BAF is trying to attract and keep national workers. Higher pay if doing a specialized job too

It's not far off, but with inflation and us raising our prices, it feels like salary is falling behind. The raise was nice, but felt just a little small.

We are a company that wants to grow and with this there is a lot of opportunity to grow professionally.

The employee engagement! I've never worked somewhere that offers external engagement events for employees. Company picnics, trivia nights, holiday parties, beer fridge to celebrate great sales/shipping days, and more. It's amazing!
