Everyone wants us to reach the same goal. Rather than working in silos and against each other, we work together to help everyone learn, grow and reach our goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, the parental leave program! Sure, the vision, dental, 401k, etc. is competitive, but the fact that they have such a great parental leave program is amazing for future family planning!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually seem to care about the people over the company. Quarterly townhalls are done to provide transparent communication to us. I've never worked anywhere with an approachable, transparent leadership team before.
