What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think we finally have a very charismatic and genuine CEO. He takes the time to engage in conversation with everyone. I don't feel like he thinks he is above other employees, makes us feel as equals.

Outside of getting a paycheck, I am a fan of the company 401(k) match. Also, the option for an annual bonus is a great incentive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A defined plan for bonuses that were discussed last year and a higher hourly rate. We are drastically behind the national average.

Everyone works hard. No one slacks and makes someone else pick up the slack.

As people, I couldn't imagine working with better ones. I genuinely enjoy coming into the office and interacting with people both in and out of my department. The ability to continue to find good 'fits' to the BAF team is what makes BAF special.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Genuinely nice people who work hard and play hard

The culture is the positive part of it. Work at BAF is fun - ringing the bell, playing music, on-site lunch with friends is all very fun. I think that from executives to production, the people here really care about each other.

When I go into work each morning, I feel that I have a real opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those around me, as well as on my company as a whole. While I feel like a cog in a much bigger machine, I feel that I am important and valued.
