BAF is home for me. I love the people, the product and the process, and I am very fortunate to get the opportunity to work there every day. Don't get me wrong, there are flaws, and many places for improvement, but I think we have the ingredients to make something special.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Outside of getting a paycheck, I am a fan of the company 401(k) match. Also, the option for an annual bonus is a great incentive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their willingness to work with those below them and 'get their hands dirty.' I don't feel like any of our executives feel above any job or task, nor do I think they feel 'too good' for anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is the positive part of it. Work at BAF is fun - ringing the bell, playing music, on-site lunch with friends is all very fun. I think that from executives to production, the people here really care about each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As people, I couldn't imagine working with better ones. I genuinely enjoy coming into the office and interacting with people both in and out of my department. The ability to continue to find good 'fits' to the BAF team is what makes BAF special.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I go into work each morning, I feel that I have a real opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those around me, as well as on my company as a whole. While I feel like a cog in a much bigger machine, I feel that I am important and valued.
