It can get drawn out, for sure. When they say they they have a target start date, it never seems to work out since the interview process can be extended based on people's schedules since there are generally multiple rounds of interviews and/or other hire process. But it's worth it.

The leadership team leans old-school in thought and deed, but they do listen to the next generation of leaders who are helping reshape the company for the modern day. The focus is on our staff and our customers, and doing things the right way, WHILE continuing to grow value for all.

The health plan is very good, works nationally and is very affordable, especially when you take part in the voluntary wellness program & get the discount. The retirement plan is very generous - 401K w/ match, stock option gifts and profit sharing. The stock & profits are doing well, so its valuable.
