coworkers need to learn to work with diverse perspectives and identities.
SSR'S and SS's are great. SM could communicate better, plant can hardly keep up for location constantly not getting product for our customers having to do runbacks
Being more professional. Some coworkers create uncomfortable work environment
Because we don't pay well we end up getting subpar new hires in finance and accounting. Young male college grads are immature and lack financial acumen.
They should shut the company down
Work towards common goal rather than individual metrics
Too much diversity due to management giving false information, lack of training, lack of communicating and countability.
