What did you like most about the interview process?

The quickness of the process

Everyone was nice showed the company to be relatable and close

They seem to really want to get to know me prior to making a decision. But the process was long.

My hiring manager was cool

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Expedite talented candidates. It's an incredibly slow and deliberate process and I lost out on quality candidates because of it.

Make the process more efficient and faster

Too many interviews. Unorganized process, takes too long to make a decision.

Not interviewing with so many people.

It was hours of interviews read from a script. Could have been more personal.

They make you see 5 different people then even if they like you they might select someone else because of diversity charts.

7 interviews is a bit excessive

Not take 3 or more months to know if you gotten the job.

HR could schedule efficiently and follow up the process faster,

Would like them to move a little faster. I was in the interview process for 6 weeks.

Be honest with vacation and expectations. Be honest about cutting their territory and giving them nothing in return. BE HONEST and ETHICAL with their employees and customers.
