Cintas First Aid needs a major rethink of who their customers are and if they are truly meeting their needs.

Caring about the safety of their own employees. Their Sales efforts are dysfunctional with no overall direction. The result is many new customers which do no fit the model of a profitable FAS customers. Their products are sold on features not benefits. Their business model needs major rework.
