Health benifits are great a little pricy but not over the top. After 5 years they match your 401k
Fair pay, fair comp plan, competitive PTO plan.
No yearly raises. Pto is a joke
PTO structure is a joke. 5 years at the company and only 2 yearly evaluation raises
I'd rather a straight up match than the gamble of how much the executives feel like sharing that year.
There is very little incentive to outperform your projections when all you are working toward is an annual bonus.

SSR'S and SS's are great. SM could communicate better, plant can hardly keep up for location constantly not getting product for our customers having to do runbacks

Expedite talented candidates. It's an incredibly slow and deliberate process and I lost out on quality candidates because of it.
