The best part Was the pay
Health benifits are great a little pricy but not over the top. After 5 years they match your 401k
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair pay, fair comp plan, competitive PTO plan.
No yearly raises. Pto is a joke
PTO structure is a joke. 5 years at the company and only 2 yearly evaluation raises
I'd rather a straight up match than the gamble of how much the executives feel like sharing that year.
There is very little incentive to outperform your projections when all you are working toward is an annual bonus.

We feel like a family

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers need to learn to work with diverse perspectives and identities.
SSR'S and SS's are great. SM could communicate better, plant can hardly keep up for location constantly not getting product for our customers having to do runbacks
Being more professional. Some coworkers create uncomfortable work environment
Because we don't pay well we end up getting subpar new hires in finance and accounting. Young male college grads are immature and lack financial acumen.
They should shut the company down
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company including everybody and everyone with their differences

The corporate culture is looked at consistently throughout the entire organization
Before i stated at a local level its great. We all get along for the most part
Corprate chatacter and principal objective
People are typically nice and respectful, at least the administrative partners
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hiring people who have better work ethics and are better team players
Communication, pto system. Actually giving raises
Communication, pto, yearly raises taking care of your "partners"
There is a pseudo family enviorment that doesnt feel genuine, i also feel at any moment something can in a negative way.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The quickness of the process
Everyone was nice showed the company to be relatable and close
They seem to really want to get to know me prior to making a decision. But the process was long.
My hiring manager was cool
The interview process was great. Very supportive and welcoming.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Expedite talented candidates. It's an incredibly slow and deliberate process and I lost out on quality candidates because of it.
Make the process more efficient and faster
Too many interviews. Unorganized process, takes too long to make a decision.
Not interviewing with so many people.
It was hours of interviews read from a script. Could have been more personal.
What makes you most happy at work?
The schedule, my manager and my team

stock room and bulk always out
Leadership in fibance and accounting needs to go. Stop promoting based on popularity.
Im not sure im not on that side ive just seen their reviews.
The leaders of Corporate AP must be removed and replaced from outside. The Treasurer must be removed and replaced.
Purchase better equiptment and treat partners as human beings not like trash

Nothing. Everything seems pretty good
The company is great, everybody gets along with each other. It's like a big family, everybody working together to accomplish the same goal. It's a great place to work.
