What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone here is very nice and is great at communicating.

The leadership team live the Characteristics of great leaders. They are professional, live and exhibit integrity and high moral standards. Many of our leaders have partners that will go above and beyond what is expected of them, because of the appreciation and endearing attitudes they receive.

Partner engagement on the locations I support! Seeing partners greet one another and happy to assist each other. Our Culture is unique and that is why we have partners that stay with Cintas. Often vocalize they don't want to work anywhere else.
