City has provided me with incredible opportunities to advance my career, grow personally, and help others become successful. Not everyone is a fan of City, just like not everyone is a fan of Tom Brady. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't strive for success and do things the right way every day.
The PTO is really great
The willingness to support each other in achieving their goals.
Their willingness to step up and work towards a common goal.
Every day is challenging. At the end of each day I have a sense of genuine accomplishment.
They are down to earth and are not afraid to spend time with any member of the team.
The ability to work remotely and do my job without someone focused on what I'm doing every single minute.
The leadership team is approachable, and doesn't speak "corporate talk". They convey the right messages, to the proper group, at the appropriate time.
We have a team of disruptors and game changers. Everyone is looking for ways to improve personally and professionally, and provide greater value to the customer.
The company cares for each other, without intruding on your life. There are opportunities to be involved in many different ways, but it never feels like you have to.
Our PTO and 401k match are incredible, but it's all of the other little perks that add up. Things that you would normally pay hundreds of dollars a month for, like app based counseling and therapy, are free of charge.
