What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 28 days of PTO per year. It is always hard to use all of it, but it is encouraged highly to do so, unlike many other companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As more and more work and duties and piled on, the compensation should reflect that and not wait almost 2 years for a raise.

Everyone is overworked, both office and field employees. We either need more people or pay that matches the amount of work.

We have several KNOWN team members that do the least amount possible and get paid the same as the rest of us with multiple duties. That is not fair.

City has an inclusive culture that is founded on Trust, honesty and Respect.

They have company wide "spirit" weeks, Fall Festival etc. we get to share a bit of our personal flair. I got an old family recipe for sweet potatoe pie that was a hit for my Thanksgiving meal.

Prior to pandemic we did a lot of events in the field, office meetings, trainings, team building, etc. It would be great to get back to those moving forward. I think it is extremely positive and great for culture.
