The team works well together and tries to have a good time while working.

We all have accepted that it is not just anyone one person's job. We are all one team together!
What makes you most happy at work?
Training and building up my coworkers. I like to learn new things and finish big projects with a good outcome.

Knowing I'll be able to be creative with problem solving and having something new and exciting to tackle each day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 28 days of PTO per year. It is always hard to use all of it, but it is encouraged highly to do so, unlike many other companies.

My leadership team truly cares about each one of us as people. I am lucky enough to get to work directly with many of them, and I enjoy it throroughly.

We're not just a team, we are family. Most of us understand the impact our jobs have on one another's ability to perform their work too. When one of us succeeds, all of us do.
