What does the leadership team need to get better at?
As per roles mst the training and communication within the sector are terrible. Personally I believe its not seen by hiarchy because upeanager within give false details of what they have trained or how they have trained there new employees.. Goving a work load, vehical and destination to a new hire

The PTO days that City offers. I also like that even as a part-time employee, I am eligible to receive full benefits.

The best part of the compensation package is the amount of PTO we get. My husband and I were able to visit family out of state for the first time in 2 years thanks to the PTO I received.

It just dropped to like a quarter of what I was paying. It also has pet insurance and mental health help which is rare.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
City is amazing yet i wish sr managment saw how they treat me ... So unfortunate that being hired bassed on my education and experience the team would be excited and welcoming to the fact i can bring new insight. Wrong youll get pushed out , lied to made to feel week and down on yourself.
