As per roles mst the training and communication within the sector are terrible. Personally I believe its not seen by hiarchy because upeanager within give false details of what they have trained or how they have trained there new employees.. Goving a work load, vehical and destination to a new hire

If someone transfers to a dept and they decide it's not a good fit for them they should be allowed to transfer back to the previous dept (if there is an opening) within the first 90 days of the transfer & not have to wait 6 mos, be miserable and look for another job outside the company.

Provide more support. Give performance based pay because when you see some one that barely does the job correctly get paid the same as you it make you not care about the job you are doing.

Some people in leadership are so focused on "wins" and getting pats on the back they dont care what it takes to get it done or the strain it put on departments as long as THEY get credit for THEIR work. When it wasnt their work i hate it here lol
