The pay, the enviroment/people, even the people we call in the rest of the company you build relationships with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It just dropped to like a quarter of what I was paying. It also has pet insurance and mental health help which is rare.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
City isn't full of bosses, it's full of leaders. Everyone is always will to talk you through something, let you vent, help you when needed...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
(Most) everyone is friendly and down to earth. Always willing to help, always wanting to help you succeed. Definitely one of the best environments I've worked in.
