What does the leadership team need to get better at?

If someone transfers to a dept and they decide it's not a good fit for them they should be allowed to transfer back to the previous dept (if there is an opening) within the first 90 days of the transfer & not have to wait 6 mos, be miserable and look for another job outside the company.

Provide more support. Give performance based pay because when you see some one that barely does the job correctly get paid the same as you it make you not care about the job you are doing.

Some people in leadership are so focused on "wins" and getting pats on the back they dont care what it takes to get it done or the strain it put on departments as long as THEY get credit for THEIR work. When it wasnt their work i hate it here lol

I feel undervalued by my team because it feels like im talking to a wall most of the time. I would feel better about my compensation if i felt like i was actually making a difference. I dont even make enough money to buy a home this year kind of disappointing.

Im paralyzed by fear and anxiety everytime an email comes in because its a new emergency to drop everything and take care of. My boss wont stop breathing down my neck until i drop everything and complete said tasks. Nothing is enjoyable anymore

The partner doesn't have a clear understanding of the set up. We have a set amount of techs, SUP, RFM - If you dive into the #'s (Analytics) it shows where we are under staffed per job volume / Time of day the calls come in. We do not analyze Sleep time / PTO time off 21 work days a month ave ect
