The leadership has taken great strides to build an environment that is collegial, motivational and engaging. There have been some challenges with some staff transitions and adjusting to how to accommodate, which I wish could be better communicated, but we are all learning and hopefully growing.

I would definitely provide a more descriptive definition of the roles and tasks to be achieved (rather than just focusing on personal traits) in the job description. I think the demo project could be a bit more challenging and opportunities to discuss anticipated projects would be great.
