Cloud For Good puts is mission in the company name and keeps that notion of "doing good" in sight for internal relations, the sectors we serve (nonprofit, education), and with our clients. It's nourishing work.
It's encouraged to ask questions and learn from mistakes.
Investment in resources through professional development, weekly internal training meetings, investment in new systems to support us and weekly meetings just for team building.

We are a 100% virtual company, but it doesn't seem that way. Since everyone works from home the company has invested in technology to make interacting with teammates very easy with chat group, vitual coffees, Zoom to bring everyone closer.

Even with a fully remote workforce, we connect and make sure everyone knows they aren't alone. It's common and encouraged to have VC's (virtual coffee) with your co-workers and members of leadership regularly.

A remote working environment allows us to create the perfect work/home life balance. Our video conference calls allows us to connect more personally to each other and our clients without having to be in the room.
