Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bonus structure is transparent, but allows for wiggle room. That wiggle room means that decisions around it can seem arbitrary. Dental insurance doesn't pay for much besides cleanings and exams. Health insurance is okay, but don't use it because my spouse's plan pays for a better plan.

I would like to have better health insurance benefits for my family.

Cloud for Good does not offer stock options and 401k matching kicks in after a year of employment. Making the winter/holiday break a consistent, reliable benefit would make me feel appreciated for a years-worth of hard work.

I really enjoyed meeting and interviewing with the CEO, Tal. I've never worked anywhere before where the CEO actually cared enough to interview potential new hires. He's an inspiring person, so it was really fund to get face time with him.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I would definitely provide a more descriptive definition of the roles and tasks to be achieved (rather than just focusing on personal traits) in the job description. I think the demo project could be a bit more challenging and opportunities to discuss anticipated projects would be great.

Continued investment in training and more check ins, more transparency around project assignments and roles, asking more of what people want. Continued investment in building effective employee-manager dynamic and less passive aggressiveness from some colleagues
