Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Bonus structure is transparent, but allows for wiggle room. That wiggle room means that decisions around it can seem arbitrary. Dental insurance doesn't pay for much besides cleanings and exams. Health insurance is okay, but don't use it because my spouse's plan pays for a better plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Cloud for Good does not offer stock options and 401k matching kicks in after a year of employment. Making the winter/holiday break a consistent, reliable benefit would make me feel appreciated for a years-worth of hard work.
