Not a great experience. Very unsafe environment with security administration hiding in office while secuirty guards deal with dangerous patients/clients. Admin does not support employees safety. Pay is rather low for equivalent positions in Denver area.

Take the critiques from "improving employee experience" surveys you send staff seriously, not just give lip service that things will change

Pay employees based on market rate for public health providers in Denver, provide COL raises which keep up with Denver's inflation rate. You can do better with benefits: kaiser insurance is a very poor provider, you can find better networks for what you charge employees for their premiums
