Pay employees based on market rate for public health providers in Denver, provide COL raises which keep up with Denver's inflation rate. You can do better with benefits: kaiser insurance is a very poor provider, you can find better networks for what you charge employees for their premiums
Employees are truly caring amd supportive individuals. For the most part, everyone in the department works well as a team

People coming together to do the best they can in very difficult circumstances
Admin support safety and security of your health care staff who actually see patients/clients instead of taking the word of management that is rarely in clinic. Take the critiques from "improving employee experience" surveys you send staff seriously, not just give lip service that things will change
