Amazing mission, collaboration, amongst staff, and forward thinking. It is really difficult to hire enough excellent staff, which makes things stressful.
Not a great experience. Very unsafe environment with security administration hiding in office while secuirty guards deal with dangerous patients/clients. Admin does not support employees safety. Pay is rather low for equivalent positions in Denver area.
