All the person this company hires are Unprofessional and UnSkilled, they not even able to speak in English.

Leadership and management needs to better at each and everything, Managers and Directors are constantly does partiality here, DIRECTOR MAINLY IN SALESFORCE PRACTICE, WORST, UNEXPERIENCED Person, he does partiality in everything.

Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?

Because Partiality are done from the Director level, if the person belongs to there hometown side then they will get projects otherwise NO, WORST Persons everseen, ONLY PARTIALITY happens here nothing else, they hire new peoples but the person sitting on branch will remains on beanch permanently.

Managers and Director, mainly in SALESFORCE (OLD DIRECTOR), they don't have experience to become director and managers, the person who don't have worked as a manager are sitting on Director level (In Salesforce practice), don't know who gave Keys to that person to manage practice. ZERO Growth.
